2005 Year of the Rooster

Cock-a-doodle do, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has just launched the 2005 Year of Rooster Almanac coin. At the same time, MAS also launched the first coloured Almanac coin - The 2005 $10 Silver Piedfort Proof Coin features the rooster in full colour. The coins will be sold by The Singapore Mint.   It comes in various collector packaging and will be sold from S$18 to as high as S$6688 for a set of "Gold Cock".
