Harvey Norman is arguably Australia´s largest conmsumer goods retailer with franchise stores selling everything from carpets to PC´s and everything in between. In Singapore & Malaysia, they have acquired Pertama Holding's operations. Together with Singapore-based Ossia International open a flagship store in Singapore. Harvey Norman Holdings Ltd said it has agreed to form a joint venture in Singapore with Ossia International Ltd. Harvey Norman is the trading name of Pertama Merchandising Pte Ltd, a wholely owned subsidiary of Pertama Holdings Limited.
