For American Citizen Services, we are open from 8:30 AM to 12:00 Noon and from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM. In addition, the ACS section is open from 3:30 to 4:30 pm on Wednesdays only for parents who need to bring their children to the Embassy for replacement passports after school, under new rules that require all minors to appear in person for passport applications. The ACS section will not provide services other than childrenīs passports during this hour.
