Yishun Community Library was officially opened on 26 February 1998. The library covers an area of 1,091 square metres and takes up the third level of a building which is co-located with the town council. It serves residents in the North West areas of Canberra, Chong Pang, Nee Soon Central, Nee Soon East and Nee Soon South.
