The Bukit Panjang Community Library was officially opened on 4 April 1998.  Covering an area of 1,246 square metres, the library is situated within Bukit Panjang Plaza, a shopping centre in the heart of Bukit Panjang. It serves residents in the North West areas of Bukit Panjang and Bukit Timah.
